Passionate about finance and graduated in 2020, he has already contributed to the realization of 2 important M&A transactions for a deal value exceeding € 150 million with leading Private Equity funds.He has been an Investment Analyst in P101 since 2021, where he carries out the scouting of new realities, portfolio management and constant support to subsidiaries.
Giorgio was born in Milan in 1995. He graduated in Business and Market Economics (BS) and in Banking & Finance (MS) at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. During his academic career he had 2 study experiences abroad, respectively in Lisbon at Nova SBE and in Taipei, at National Taiwan University (NTU). A year before graduating, he began working as an M&A analyst in a financial boutique, MIT.FIN Spa (Mittel Group), where he immediately began to gain confidence with all phases of the deals: market analysis, valuation, Information Memorandum and Business Plan. In 2 years, he develops transversal skills in various sectors: Rental, Service, Healthcare and Industrial, working both with primary Private Equity funds and with Club Deals.
