They revolutionize the supply chain by bringing transparency and simplicity to the sourcing phase, increasing order frequency, streamlining inventory and reducing food waste.

Soplaya is leading the transition towards a more sustainable HoReCa industry. 50% of the products originates from local producers, shortening the supply chain and promoting small farmers. Moreover, thanks to the effectiveness of its technological platform and the fluidity of the logistic system, Soplaya allows restaurants to place daily small orders, keeping under control the shelf-life of products and reducing food waste up to 30%.
