Codemotion is the platform that improves developers’ professional growth by connecting IT professionals, tech communities and companies. They bring together the latest tech trends and best practices among the tech community worldwide, help companies to find the perfect dev-match and enhance tech communities’ visibility.
Codemotion is founded by two passion- driven women, Chiara Russo and Mara Marzocchi, who created the largest tech- community in Southern Europe. It currently employs more women than men promoting women’s empowerment and full-participation in economic and public life.
