Born in La Spezia in 1967, Paolo has studied Architecture in Italy and in Germany. After his graduation and a specialization in design from Domus Academy Interfaces, in 1994 he founded Dada (an acronym for Digital Analog Design Architecture) with some university classmates. Six years later, Dada went public on the Milan Stock Exchange. In 1998, Paolo co-founded the Italian branch of IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau) and, in 1999, the Italian chapter of ISOC (Internet Society). In 10 years he has led Dada to be a leading company with offices in Florence, Milan, Bergamo, New York, Barcelona, Paris, London, Worcester, Beijing, Rio de Janeiro and a team of over 700 people, mostly under 35.

Riccardo was born in Treviso in 1967. In 1995, while working with Benetton Group, he guided the creation of Mall Italy Lab, the first Italian virtual mall. Four years later, the company was acquired by Infostrada and it is still present in the commercial area of the Italian web portal Libero. In 1998, together with 8 partners, he founded E-Tree, a company of reference for online services in Italy. Under his leadership E-Tree reached in just 3 years a €13 million turnover and more than 160 employees. In 2003, Riccardo sold the company to Etnoteam Group. Two years later he launched H-Farm, the first Italian venture incubator. In 2012, he was appointed president of the association Italia Startup, which gathers people who support the recovery of Italy’s economy. At the beginning of 2013, he joined Unicredit’s Advisory Board, and the Fondazione Cà Foscari’s Innovation Board.
